Local and seasonal

Our food is based on local, Scandinavian produce and flavors, with a few Mediterranean influences here and there. We have no written menu as the selection changes continuously through the seasons; This way we can make sure that we only serve the best ingredients the season has to offer. As the heart of our kitchen we have a Josper charcoal oven that gives its own distinct and delicious flavour to our main courses.

At least one Fish, Meat and Vegetarian option is available every day. Most of the time there are two meat options available.

We temper a wide selection of around 15 domestic and imported cheeses every day.
