Pardas Winemaker Dinner 21st January 2019

Our next guest is Ramón Parera from Celler Pardas in Torrelavit, Alt Penedès.

Celler Pardas is a small winery focusing mainly on the indigenous varieties in the region. Since the project was started in 1996, they have been pioneers in realizing the true potential of Xarel·lo in making still wines, and also one of the first wineries to seriously focus on recuperating the ancient Sumoll vineyards of the region.

The winery is still a small project producing some tens of thousands of bottles per year, making some of the wines extremely difficult to find anywhere.

As usual, we've planned a 5-course menu to be paired with 8 wines from the winery, including some rare and aged bottles with limited availability.

The event will be held on Monday 21st January at 7 PM. The cost of the evening is 100€ per person.
